Thankfully, I don’t have to buy any harbor freight tools. I still have all my American made tools that are holding up very well.

Most of the things you mentioned id be fine with paying full price for u less they regularly have coupons for them.
The main things I wouldn’t go for are, the hammer because tbf I don’t they’re worth it at all. And the screwdrivers because I only think those are worth it when on a coupon.
In the case of the hammer: it’s a hammer. The cheap dead blow is fine.
And in the case of the screwdrivers, they’re really nice but when working in cars I don’t use screwdrivers often enough to justifies paging full price. Especially when you can get the snap on watching screwdriver, which is way nicer for about $90.
